Vous serez responsable de la satisfaction client, de la gestion des projets, et de la formation des équipes clients. Ce rôle nécessite une maîtrise avancée de la programmation en Python et des compétences en gestion de projets, avec des déplacements fréquents.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French; Italian/German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively; valid passport needed.
• Deep understanding of robotics and computer vision.

• Deploy solutions in customer factories and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site and off-site meetings with clients.

Description du poste

As a Field Application Engineer you will be responsible for deploying our solutions in customers factories and ensuring their satisfaction. Your key duties will include :

Conducting on-site and off-site meetings with clients necessitating frequent travel to customer sites

Managing customer demonstrations client projects and technological developments

Overseeing the on-site installation of products and training customer teams

Deploying and monitoring production systems

Diagnosing investigating and addressing customer feedback regarding the use of Inbolt products

Required Skills

Complete fluency in English / French. Italian / German is a bonus

Ability and willingness to travel extensively (valid passeport is needed)

Advanced programming skills in Python

Strong project management capabilities and hands-on understanding of robotics / computer vision

Commitment to maintaining high code quality and stability

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Background in new technologies deep-tech and manufacturing
