Job Description:

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the technical aspects of the FIA Off-Road Championships.
• Act as Technical Delegate for the Rallycross World Championship.
• Prepare and conduct technical regulations meetings.
• Draft technical regulations, amendments, and proposals for the relevant sporting commission.
• Monitor the development of the Cross Car category.
• Conduct homologation processes and support ASNs with the homologation of Cross Car chassis.
• Prepare scrutineering tools.

PROFILE:

• Engineering degree or equivalent expert level.
• 10-15 years' experience, including several years in high-level competition.
• In-depth knowledge of various powertrain types (ICE, electric, new energies).
• Comprehensive understanding of key technical parameters of competition cars.
• Strong knowledge of physics (mechanics, aerodynamics, electricity).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data acquisition software, and SolidWorks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and competitors.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
