FORVIA recherche un/une stagiaire ingénieur Bac+4/5 pour 12 mois afin de former le personnel sur les principes FES et d’animer des chantiers d’amélioration. Vous participerez à la création et à la mise à jour des standards destinés aux opérateurs et contrôleurs, et contribuerez à des projets Lean en production.

Le poste exige rigueur, autonomie et esprit d’analyse; une connaissance de l’environnement de production est un plus. Stage conventionné dans un groupe international du secteur automobile.

Qualifications

• Étudiant en Bac+4/5 d'une école d'ingénieur ou équivalent.
• Durée : 1 an.
• Maîtrise du pack Microsoft Excel ; compétences non techniques.
• Sens du travail en équipe et bon relationnel terrain.
• Curieux, rigoureux et autonome; esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
• Connaissance des outils de Lean Manufacturing; expérience en production souhaitable.

Responsabilités

• Former le personnel aux principes et outils FES, et animer des chantiers FES.
• Veiller à la compréhension et à l'application des standards FES par les managers et leurs équipes en production.
• Créer et mettre à jour les standards de travail destinés aux opérateurs et contrôleurs.
• Animer des chantiers de productivité : équilibrage, aménagement des postes, gains.
• Conduire des chantiers d'amélioration continue : HOSHIN, 5S, 7 Wastes.

• Formation du personnel aux principes et outils FES, en animant des chantiers FES
• Veiller à la compréhension et à l'application des standards FES par les managers et leurs équipes en production.
• Création et mise à jour des standards de travail destinés aux opérateurs de production ou contrôleurs
• Animation de chantiers de productivité : Equilibrage, aménagement des postes, optimisation des gains
• Conduite de chantiers d'amélioration continue : HOSHIN, 5S, 7 Wastes...
