Au cours de ce programme de Fellowship, les candidats travailleront sur des missions variées, allant à l'invention de nouveaux concepts de startups jusqu'à des recherches sectorielles sur l'impact. Les candidats idéaux sont optimistes, engagés et prêts à apporter leur énergie pour un changement positif. Cette opportunité est non rémunérée mais extrêmement formatrice.

Jumanji Studio, a startup studio focused on positive impact, is looking for talented fellows to support its partners in inventing the next impact startups that can redefine their industry.

Jumanji Studio is a Startup Studio founded by experienced impact entrepreneurs and investors.

The Startup Studio is a company specialising in the creation and launch of startups. We currently work with 4 impact startups, and each year we launch 1 to 2 startups that seek to reinvent lifestyles towards greater ecological sobriety.

At Jumanji Studio, our startups all care about the environment, which is why we use the word: positive impact.

Here are a few examples:

• HomeCycle (www.homecyclefr): making household appliances circular through rental.
• GaiaConnect (www.gaiaconnectco): accelerating the transition of talent to impact through mentoring.
• Capsule Club: Reinventing the gift through experience.

This experience will allow you to discover the Startup Studio model, to immerse yourself in the world of impact (circular economy, environment, B CORP) but also to participate in the rapid development of young startups with experienced and truly committed entrepreneurs!

We are looking for Fellows who will co-create our next startups!

What is a Fellowship for us?

The Jumanji Fellowship is an opportunity we have specifically designed for driven, eco-conscious individuals starting out their career, designing new career path towards more impact, or who want to contribute to social entrepreneurship but do not know in what way.

We welcome 10-20 new Fellows each year, go meet our fellows on our website!

Tasks

What will be the main mission for this Fellowship?

The fellow will work closely with one of the Jumanji partners to either:

• Invent a new startup: we work out an idea together, and your task will be to develop it into a startup concept (market research, experts interviews, strategic landscaping/benchmarking, customer/user research, tech applicability, business modeling, branding, landing page etc).
• Charter a field of impact innovation: we pick a sector with you and you work on possible startup ideas within the sector: look for the positive and negative impacts of the sector, existing players, interview sector experts, uncover exciting innovation happening in different countries etc. and then propose 2-5 startup ideas in this sector.

At this stage, the 2 approaches are possible and valuable to us, you can choose one based on what you expect this fellowship to bring you.

You need to come with sheer optimism, a positive energy, a persevering courage, and an open mindset.

We want to work with people who have a real ambition for the planet. If you see yourself as dedicating all your skills for a positive change, then we’ll show you it’s possible.

You’ll be your own boss!

Start date: ideally from ASAP

Flexible hours: It can be full or part time; it can just be some hours a week with follow up with one of Jumanji’s Partner.

Time commitment: we expect you to be around for at least 2 months (full-ish time) and up to 6 months (part time).

Location: We don’t care, you work from anywhere. You are welcome in our Paris, Biarritz, Bodeaux or Toulouse office anytime.

Unpaid opportunity: at this stage, we are not in a position to pay our fellows so we need to be upfront about this, it only works if it’s a win‑win for you and us.
