Pepe Jeans is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic fashion retail environment. You will represent the brand with confidence, style and professionalism, supporting customers throughout their journey and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities include personalised service, product knowledge, active selling, and maintaining visual standards while supporting stock, till processes and team goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fashion customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling and customer service.
• Comfort in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a global fashion group.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding, personalised service to every customer.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product advice and styling support.
• Drive sales through active selling, product knowledge and effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain excellent standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and stock organisation.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including till processes, stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and solution-focused manner.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
