All We Wear Group operates Pepe Jeans stores and is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will build lasting relationships, provide styling advice, and contribute to strong store performance in a dynamic fashion retail setting.

You will represent the Pepe Jeans brand with confidence, support customers through their journey, and collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets while maintaining visual standards and stock organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, fashion or customer-facing sales is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for fashion, styling and customer service.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak trading periods where required.
