Overview

To manage the maintenance activity regarding Prada Group stores and premises in France, Belgium and Monaco in cooperation with Architecture and Facilities Department aiming at :

Assuring compliance with Group standards of image, tidiness, security

Taking care of Stores facilities and rooms and scheduling maintenance activities according to budget and deadlines

Taking care of buildings or offices general maintenance according to budgeted expenses and operational scheduling of activities

Responsibilities
  • To manage and organize maintenance activities for Stores in the Region according to company procedures, technical manuals and quality standards
  • To schedule and organize maintenance programs focused on prompt services requirements for Stores or premises
  • To manage services or technical works provided by outsourced suppliers or specialists, checking compliance with quality requirements, deadlines or Stores requests
  • To give directly proper assistance to Stores and Group premises in the Region, to work out technical problems, facilities malfunctioning
  • To make proper selection of outsourced suppliers, according to purchasing company procedures, in order to buy services, goods or materials, such as cleaning services, furniture, desks, repair services etc.
  • To collaborate with the Facility team HQ and Legal Dpt. in order to draft service contracts about cleaning services, repair services, maintenance requirements and quality standards
  • To manage budget processes in order to advise forecast about maintenance and cleaning expenses in Stores and offices, and to monitor expenses trend vs. yearly budget, analyze gaps and discuss this matter in specific meetings with HQ
  • To organize and update Maintenance Archive in order to guarantee a clear access and consultation from all the team.
  • To ensure the respect of H&S regulations in stores, organizing checks and visits on site, meetings with the staff.
