Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the Maison Valentino Paris Headquarters spaces (Place Vendôme) and external locations for Haute Couture and Ready-to-Wear Fashion Shows, including space setup for activities such as seamstress work, catering, catwalk, makeup, fittings, and press interviews, in collaboration with the Events department and other involved departments. Note: Fashion show management is handled by the Events department through dedicated suppliers.
  2. Coordinate external suppliers involved in fashion show preparations and space setup, including security, reception, catering, electricians, cleaners, and porters.
  3. Support the Logistics Department with inbound and outbound handling of dresses and accessories across various locations connected to fashion shows, such as headquarters, fashion show venues, and external sites.
  4. Manage the Place Vendôme location for minor events, including capsule presentations, photo shoots, and inaugurations.
  5. Oversee the maintenance of Valentino HQ in Paris (Place Vendôme and St. Florentin) to ensure optimal service levels and business continuity.
  6. Manage specific projects and extraordinary maintenance, including selecting and coordinating designers and engineers, evaluating costs and investments, managing tenders, and overseeing construction sites.
  7. Supervise facility services such as reception, postal services, cleaning, archiving, meeting room setup, internal moves, and stationery supplies.
  8. Manage facility management suppliers through performance evaluations, contract administration, and ensuring compliance. Collaborate with property managers and landlords alongside the Real Estate and Legal departments. Oversee workplace health and safety in partnership with the HSE department.
  9. Define and optimize the facility management budget for operational costs and investments.
  10. Support safety and security management at Valentino HQ in Paris, working with HSE and Security departments.
Profile and Main Skills Required:
  • Over 10 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion industry or in hospitality/events sectors.
  • Degree qualification.
  • Proficiency in French, English, and Italian at C1 level, both spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Office tools.
