Job Title: Facility Electrical Maintenance Specialist
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance PLC/HMI information systems to meet key operational metrics.
- Maintain equipment based on original manufacturer specifications.
- Supervise the upkeep of the facility's electrical framework.
- Engage in hands-on electrical equipment repairs at the manufacturing site.
- Keep detailed records of all electrical maintenance activities.
- Cultivate effective dialogues with on-site operators and supervisory staff.
- Promote safety and hygiene, ensuring a secure work environment.
- Exhibit exemplary attendance and safety standards consistently.
- Flexibly perform other tasks as necessary.
Experience You Bring
- Solid background in industrial maintenance.
- Over two years in a manufacturing context, with success in various roles.
- Two-plus years working with electrical systems and control mechanisms.
- Adherence to company-directed policies and guidelines.
- Familiarity with CMMS; prior Maintenance Connection experience is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep knowledge of electrical/controls; Allen Bradley skills valued.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed and work in diverse climates.
- Proficient with various tools; may require personal 1-inch tools.
Education Credentials
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Technical schooling in related fields (electronics, electro-mechanics).
Proficiencies
- Mastery of OEM and PLC troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with industrial automation equipment and injection molding.
Diverse Machinery Used
- Engagement with Variable Frequency Drives, PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), and Servo Motors.
