Job Title: Facility Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance PLC/HMI information systems to meet key operational metrics.
• Maintain equipment based on original manufacturer specifications.
• Supervise the upkeep of the facility's electrical framework.
• Engage in hands-on electrical equipment repairs at the manufacturing site.
• Keep detailed records of all electrical maintenance activities.
• Cultivate effective dialogues with on-site operators and supervisory staff.
• Promote safety and hygiene, ensuring a secure work environment.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and safety standards consistently.
• Flexibly perform other tasks as necessary.

Experience You Bring

• Solid background in industrial maintenance.
• Over two years in a manufacturing context, with success in various roles.
• Two-plus years working with electrical systems and control mechanisms.
• Adherence to company-directed policies and guidelines.
• Familiarity with CMMS; prior Maintenance Connection experience is a plus.

Education Credentials

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical schooling in related fields (electronics, electro-mechanics).

Proficiencies

• Mastery of OEM and PLC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industrial automation equipment and injection molding.

Diverse Machinery Used

• Engagement with Variable Frequency Drives, PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), and Servo Motors.
