• Earn 27,982 € per annum (our pay system is benchmarked, transparent and fair)
• Permanent, full time contract (39 hours, Normally Monday to Friday) starting 01/04/2025

Make a difference as a Facilities Team Leader

We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Facilities Team Leader to oversee site maintenance, safety, and presentation at our stunning French centre. You’ll lead a multi-skilled team, ensuring our facilities are at their best so that every guest can enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

During our busy summer months, you’ll also be responsible for line-managing the on-site Retail and Housekeeping teams.

Is this you?

• A practical problem solver, with hands-on maintenance experience.
• A passion for high standards and delivering incredible guest experiences.
• A confident leader of people, able to organise, manage and inspire others.
• French language skills are beneficial, but not essential for this role.
