Job summary

Global Switch is seeking a Facilities Services Contracts Manager to run critical and non-critical site service contracts for our data centre operations in the Paris region. You will manage contracts, performance reviews, and vendor relationships across 30+ providers to help ensure reliable, compliant services.

You will drive tendering, negotiation, KPI/SLA governance, and procurement policy adherence while coordinating with Operations and Projects to optimize cost, quality and resilience,

About the Role

As Facilities Services Contracts Manager you are responsible for implementing all critical and non critical environment site services contracts within the data centre. Examples of critical services are Facilities Management services and Specialist Services contracts such as DRUPs, UPS, CRACS, STSs, chillers, physical security, all operational supplier OPEX with operational budget reporting, PPM and Reactive performance etc. Noncritical services are technical and non technical cleaning, cross connects, deliveries, smart hands and eyes, catering, and landscaping. The Facilities Services Contracts Manager supports the operations team with tools to manage the critical site services, such as contracts, performance evaluations, tendering exercises and acts as escalation point of contact if required. You will also ensure that everyone working on site, is aware and abiding by the procurement policies and guidelines.

About you

You’re a commercially astute and highly organised contracts professional with strong experience managing complex facilities and service contracts within operational environments. You understand the importance of balancing service quality, cost, compliance, and operational resilience, and you’re confident managing both critical and non-critical suppliers through tendering, negotiation, contract management, and ongoing performance reviews.

You build strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers, setting clear expectations through KPIs and SLAs and holding suppliers accountable for delivery. With a strong understanding of procurement processes, Health & Safety requirements, and commercial governance, you ensure contracts and services remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with operational needs. Proactive, detail-focused, and confident in negotiation, you work collaboratively with Operations and Project teams to resolve issues, manage risk, and continuously improve supplier performance.
