A specialist support organization is seeking a Facilitator to provide person-centered support for individuals with autism. This role requires a QQI level 5 qualification in Health/Care and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and community engagement. The position offers various benefits including education support and a company pension.
Since first opening our doors in 2007, Autism Initiatives Ireland has provided specialist autism services for adults across our Residential, Respite, Day, and Community Support Services. Our vision statement voices our expectation that through supportive action people with autism can learn, develop and be enabled to have a sense of ownership over their own lives. Working alongside our colleagues in the UK (established in 1972) our aim is to positively work alongside autistic people, their families.
