About the job

1. Responsible for effects works in Houdini and Maya.
2. Create stylized or photorealistic effects based on concept art.
3. Interpret concept art and designs from the Art Department accurately.
4. Collaborate with effects specialists to ensure high-quality shot delivery.

Must have

1. Thorough understanding of Houdini and Maya.
2. Experience creating FX elements, fluid & particle dynamics.
3. Ability to quickly learn custom in-house tools.

Nice to have

1. Basic knowledge of lighting and compositing (Nuke).
2. Basic knowledge of Python, Mel, and Hscript.
3. Feature film experience.

About you

1. French and/or English fluency.
2. Good communication skills, receptive to notes and directions.
3. Teamwork, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
4. Availability in Paris or remotely.
5. EU citizens or candidates with French work permit; only those with significant experience for senior roles.
