You are based in France, ideally in the Angers area or near the German or Belgian border?

You will be responsible for developing sales in Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark, in the role of :

Export Manager Germany–Netherlands–Denmark – Packaging Industry – Home Office or Hybrid in France

  • You identify potential customers through direct acquisition, lead processing, and trade shows
  • You analyze customer needs and build long-term partnerships
  • You collaborate with the Pre-Sales Engineer to create tailored proposals
  • You negotiate contracts and ensure revenue and margin targets are met
  • You independently and efficiently organize your travel schedule (approx. 50% of your working time)

How You’ll Strengthen the Team – Your Profile

  • Your background: A technical or business degree with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in industry (e.g., mechanical engineering, packaging industry), or equivalent practical experience
  • Your language skills: Fluent in German, English, and French (C1 / C2 level)
  • Your IT skills: Confident with CRM tools, MS Office suite, and digitally savvy
  • Your working style: Independent, persuasive, structured, team-oriented, and customer-focused
