The responsible of Export Controls and Economic Sanctions Compliance will be primarily responsible for regulatory compliance in these topics for all of the Stellantis subsidiaries in Enlarged Europe. This will entail keeping up to date with the rapidly developing regulatory changes in the field; designing and implementing controls to ensure that the regulatory changes are integrated into business processes in controls that effectively ensure compliance; publishing the “white list” of products approved for trade with restricted countries; and developing communication channels with primary stakeholders. Secondary responsibilities will include becoming familiar with emerging regulations in the field for countries outside of Enlarged Europe but that may affect Enlarged Europe.
