Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manganese Alloys Export Area Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence across Europe, Asia, and Oceania. In this role, you will work closely with the Manganese Alloys Sales Director to maximize sustainable margins, develop strategic sales initiatives, and adapt to market fluctuations. Additionally, you will lead the growth and coordination of sales, ensuring profitability while optimizing available volumes.

Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of Manganese Alloys in the region, ensuring revenue growth and market penetration.
- Manage and expand the sales network through direct client engagement and agents.
- Act as a decarbonization advocate, promoting the zero CO2 trajectory for Mn alloys to key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, gather intelligence, and collaborate with the Marketing and Market Analysis teams to adapt sales strategies.
- Develop and execute a Value-in-Use (VIU) strategy for Mn alloys in partnership with technical specialists.
- Negotiate contracts, manage offers, and ensure seamless execution considering logistics and payment terms.
- Oversee customer credit, payments, and financial compliance in collaboration with the Credit Manager.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and stock levels to optimize performance.
- Strengthen client relationships, handle quality-related complaints, and represent Eramet SA as a trusted industry partner.
Your profile :
- Graduate of a Business School, with at least 3-5 years' experience in sales / marketing and key account management in the steel or raw materials sector.
- Excellent negotiation skills, rigorous, good team player, customer-oriented, analytical, and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and French, knowledge of another language a plus.
- Microsoft Office Pack.
