Job Overview:

Within the framework of its strategic roadmap, Disneyland Paris has adopted a number of global Human Resources applications from "The Walt Disney Company" and continues to support and develop local applications.

This strategy will continue with new projects related to Human Resources applications in the coming years.

You will join the Technology and Digital department, specifically the HR domain team.

This strategic position operates in a context of evolving and integrating HR solutions within a complex and constantly changing IT ecosystem.

Your team, the Technology Back Office responsible for HR, is looking for an IT HR Solution Expert to strengthen the team.

Responsibilities:
Operational Maintenance (MCO)
  • Provide support at levels 3 and 4 for the HR domain.
  • Ensure the completeness and quality of operational documentation.
  • Guarantee support (Levels 1/2/3/4) within the HR Technology domain.
  • Contribute to defining SLA/OLA.
  • Implement monitoring of solutions.
IT Solutions Expertise in HR Domain
  • Master HR management software and functionalities of the solutions under responsibility.
  • Lead the technical evolution of the HR information system.
  • Understand the ecosystem of solutions and their interdependencies.
  • Act as the primary contact for HR solutions, capable of simplifying and communicating effectively.
  • Optimize the financial performance of the solutions under your responsibility.
Contribution to HR Projects
  • Support HR projects at each stage with your technical expertise.
Deliverables Production
  • Simplify processes and technical issues to aid decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation.
  • Consolidate KPIs (Levels 1, 2, 3, 4): processes and support.
Candidate Profile:
  • Hold a Bac +5 degree in IT with at least 5 years of experience in a similar IT and HR role.
  • Expertise with HR management software such as HR Access, SAP, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
  • Technical expertise in HR system architecture and integration.
  • Proficiency in English and French at B2/C1 level, both spoken and written.
