Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de LAN, WLAN, et WAN, ainsi qu'une expertise en sécurité des réseaux. 1 / Context : AXA Group Operations, through its Network Product Department, is launching a One Network Program aimed at digital transformation, enhancing user connectivity, and reducing cyber risks. The User Connectivity product line manages connectivity solutions on AXA premises, including LAN, WLAN, and WAN. The Network Product Service is tasked with engineering, delivering, and supporting these solutions, aligning with the One Network initiative.

2 / Services :

• The Network Product Engineering Service defines, promotes, and ensures the delivery of sustainable, robust, and secure solutions. It collaborates with Group Security, CTO, and the One Network Program to propose cost-effective solutions that deliver business value and support strategic objectives.
• Main activities include :
• Supporting medium to long-term product evolution and continuous improvement,
• Managing advisory, selection, design, secure build, and integration for scope products,
• Facilitating communication among functional groups, AXA IT Services, partners, and vendors,
• Ensuring Quality of Service (QoS) delivery and support,
• Providing expert support on products and services.

Must have strong expertise in remote site design, security solutions, and IT infrastructure best practices. Proven experience in managing LAN, Wireless, and WAN infrastructures, with broad knowledge of technologies used in LAN, WAN, and SDWAN environments. Specific skills include:

• Implementation, management, and support of Cisco & Aruba wireless networks
• Radio expertise including 6GHz band and site surveys
• Management of NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass)
• Support of Guest solutions, Cisco Catalyst LAN, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, and other LAN/Wireless/SDWAN solutions
• Experience with DC Network, Cloud, Network Security products, SASE, VPN, Firewalling, Cloud Web gateways, segmentation, and identity services. Voice expertise is a plus.

Must demonstrate a strong understanding of current network and infrastructure challenges and trends at the technical level. Proven ability to implement network projects, ensure business readiness, and support complex multi-tenant environments. Established relationships with major IT vendors and the ability to analyze and recommend technological solutions based on business and technical requirements.
