Quality, Safety, Health, Environment (Q-SHE-E) Expert

Your mission:

As a Q-SHE-E Expert, you are responsible for ensuring the compliance, safety, and environmental performance of our site. You play a key role in aligning our management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, ATEX) with legal requirements and group standards.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Management & Leadership: Team facilitation, workload management, skills development, internal communication.
• Safety & Risks: Risk analysis (safety, chemistry, fire, ATEX…), emergency plan management, incident tracking, and implementation of group safety programs.
• Compliance & Regulations: Monitoring legal obligations, waste management, regulatory controls, transportation of hazardous materials.
• Training & Awareness: Deployment of internal training, definition of PPE, support for process managers.
• Audits & Continuous Improvement: Conducting internal and external audits, monitoring energy consumption and emissions, participating in R&D and eco-design projects.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) with specialization in QHSE.
• Proven experience in an international industrial environment.
• Mastery of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 50001 standards.
