Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Management Expert to join the team at Semikron-Danfoss in our French location in Sartrouville, near Paris. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle for Power Stacks products, with a focus on enhancing market growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire product life cycle for assigned products, including supporting international customer projects.
2. Coordinate product compliance, export rules, and phase-in/out scenarios with sales and production.
3. Drive cost/performance optimization, develop commercial and pricing strategies, and support sales and marketing with technical expertise and product documentation.
4. Gather customer feedback to evaluate product functionality, manage customer relationships, and prioritize features in collaboration with sales. Train sales staff on your products.
5. Coordinate business cases for new products.

Background & Skills

1. University degree in engineering or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in technical product management, preferably with an electronics focus.
3. Global mindset and experience working within matrix organizations.
4. Business-fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
5. Willingness to travel up to 10-25% of the time.
