Vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien technique, de garantir le niveau de maintenance des équipements et de former les équipes opérationnelles. Un diplôme en maintenance ou une expérience similaire est requis, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais. Le poste est basé à Gondreville, en tant que plein temps.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 5 ans significative ou diplôme de 2 ans.
• Connaissance en mécanique, électricité, hydraulique.
• Niveau d'anglais intermédiaire avancé (B2).

Responsabilités

• Fournir un soutien technique pour les équipes opérationnelles.
• Contribuer à la mise à jour et au développement de la base de données technique.
• Former et assurer le suivi des nouveaux produits.

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recrutons un(e) Expert(e) Technique Engins de Terrassement pour accompagner nos clients du secteur terrassement sur la zone Nord de la France (Ouest, Île-de-France, Est).

JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the technical expert contributes his/her technical expertise to the operational teams in order to guarantee a good level of equipment maintenance and repair, and thus contribute to customer satisfaction.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Technicalsupport - Provide technical support (diagnostics, repairs, installations, etc.) for operational teams- Help install equipment on customer sites- Feed the technical database and business tools- Be a preferred technical contact for suppliers (requests for technical documents, field support, etc.)- Respond to requests and provide technical support to internal stakeholders (warranty teams, design office, sales, marketing, etc.)Communication- Produce technical bulletins for operational teams, based on supplier documentation- Draft and distribute upgrade programs, in compliance with internal procedures, based on an analysis of the manufacturer programs receivedProducts- Contribute to the listing of new products and support internal stakeholders (introduction, launch, etc.)- Monitor products (applications, functionalities, etc.)Training- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical training offerings, based on operational needsRESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION- Act as a technical reference for internal stakeholders and guarantee technical support- Monitor implementation of upgrade programs- Ensure compliance of workstations and tools (vehicle, tools, etc.)- Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, etc.)- Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rulesPROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEDiploma(s) and/or experience(s)2 years' higher education in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering and/or 5 years' significant experience preferredSpecific knowledge(s)Technical skill(s)- Knowledge in-depth in the field technical (mechanical, electrical electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.)- General knowledge of products (ranges, functionalities, etc.)- General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations- General knowledge of IT tools and information systems- Advanced intermediate level in English (B2)Behavioral skill(s)- Analytical skills- Rigor- Reactivity- Pedagogy- Adaptability
