JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his/her line manager, the technical advisor advises and informs customers, partners and the internal network, on all technical issues, across the entire product range.

Job Description

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES- Provide first-level assistance to internal and external stakeholders (customers, internal network, partners) via all types of channels (telephone, forum, email, etc.) and produce a summary in the business tool- Assist customers and internal teams in the use of manufacturer tools- Monitor connected equipment (Product Link, Workmanager, etc.) and raise awareness among and prevent the risk of failure- Maintain connected equipment by performing remote updates- Create opportunities in the business tool in conjunction with internal teams- Perform remote diagnostics using manufacturer's business toolsRESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION- Guarantee the quality of support and assistance to stakeholders- Ensure user support (customers, internal network, partners, remote monitoring software(s))- Be a level 1 technical referent- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rulesPROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEDIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)Bac +2 level in the field of maintenance and mechanics or topography preferred or significant experience preferredSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S)Technical skill(s)- Professional product knowledge (ranges, features, etc.)- Knowledge professional in-depth in the field technical (mechanics, electrical engineering, hydraulics, topography, etc.)- General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations- Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systemsBehavioral skill(s)- Analytical skills- Interpersonal skills- Active listening- Rigor- Responsiveness- Adaptability
