What You'll Do

You will be a core member of a case team with industry experts to advise clients on strategic decisions such as portfolio strategy, growth opportunities, and acquisition assessments. Your expertise will help gain deep consumer insights and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Direct Client Engagement and Support

You will utilize methodologies like qualitative, quantitative, and social listening to deliver actionable insights, leading research design and analysis, and participating in client discussions to scope projects.

  • Proposal Development Support

You will assist in creating proposals, lead research plans, and showcase BCG's capabilities within the Center for Customer Insight. You will contribute to expanding the firm's knowledge base by improving frameworks, methodologies, and developing new tools, working closely with the Consumer Knowledge Team. You will also advise on external research vendor management and help improve external relationships.

Our Expert Consulting Track

The Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is essential for delivering deep expertise and technical capabilities for complex client challenges. Experts focus on thought leadership, developing capabilities, and creating intellectual property. They come from diverse backgrounds, including industry, academia, or specialized consulting, and work as part of multidisciplinary teams to bring the best of BCG to clients.

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years of industry or consulting experience, focusing on consumer research, product management, or quantitative analytics and insights generation, preferably in marketing or consumer market research organizations.
  • Experience in designing and executing research plans combining qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Proven ability to generate insights using analytical skills and experience with AI/GenAI tools applied to consumer analytics.
  • Familiarity with survey data analysis, quantitative modeling, and interpreting data to create commercial recommendations.
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable research solutions that drive strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to partner with executive teams and lead change.
  • Fluent in French and English, with strong communication and leadership skills.
