EFINOR INGENIERIE & PROCESS, a subsidiary of the EFINOR Group, is a design office specializing in mechanical engineering, general installation, and technology integration, offering turnkey solutions. As part of its growth, EFINOR INGENIERIE & PROCESS is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Design Draughtsman.

As an experienced Mechanical Design Draughtsman, your main tasks will include:

In the costing phase:

• Research and propose technical solutions according to customer needs
• Preliminary CAD mock-ups
• Machine pre-sizing and pre-definition of commercial equipment

In the business execution phase:

• Carry out surveys on customer sites
• Complete 3D modeling of production tools, special machines, production lines, handling equipment in their environment
• Produce drawings, bills of materials, detail drawings, bundles, and notices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative requirements

You should be comfortable with technology and have experience in special machines and mechanics, knowing industry standards. You will manage most technical aspects of your projects under the supervision of the Mechanical Design Manager and in collaboration with project managers. Familiarity with SolidWorks is required; skills in other CAD software (Inventor, Creo, Catia V5, Autocad 2D) are appreciated.

The ideal profile:

• Trained to Bac+2 or Bac+3 in mechanical engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Rigorous, committed, pragmatic, with a strong field interest
• Ability to manage files with rigor and autonomy

This full-time, open-ended position is based in Toul, near Nancy, in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department (54). You may work in our design office or provide technical assistance to clients, mainly in northeastern France, in sectors such as automotive, energy, steel, Oil & Gas, chemicals, etc. Salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
