NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is known for a pragmatic approach, avoiding pointless meetings and focusing on fixing issues effectively. They have strong growth plans and a positive reputation among candidates. Two developers placed there have stayed for over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, proficient for work communication
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility
