Job Description:

NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence. This client is highly regarded for their efficient work culture and growth ambitions. Candidates who have previously worked there have expressed positive experiences, with some staying over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Candidate Requirements:

• Passion for the Ruby on Rails stack, with at least 4+ years of experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) to operate effectively in the role
• Ability to work French hours with a tolerance of +/- 2 hours

Interview Process:

• Meet with the Engineering Manager/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
