NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence. This client is known for their efficient work culture – avoiding pointless meetings and focusing on solutions. They are planning significant growth, and candidates often have positive experiences with them. I have placed two developers there, both of whom have stayed over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate the root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack, with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) to work effectively in this language
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
