Job Description:

NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market presence. This company values efficiency and growth, with a strong focus on solving problems effectively. Candidates will join a team that values long-term relationships, as evidenced by developers who have stayed for over four years.

The Role:

1. Greenfield development projects
2. Identify and communicate the root causes of problems to establish better solutions
3. Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
4. Work with PostgreSQL database and mobile applications

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about the Ruby on Rails stack with at least 4+ years of experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a tolerance of +/- 2 hours

Interview Process:
