Our FSP model involves contributing to specific sponsor pipelines, making our CRAs 'indication and molecule experts', with adherence to sponsor SOPs for continuity.

Role Details:

• Partnership with a single sponsor
• Usually 2-3 protocols, likely in Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, or Diabetes
• Responsible for approximately 15 sites
• On-site presence 6-9 days per month, depending on the sponsor
• Dedicated IQVIA Line Manager for all CRAs and SCRAs
• Permanent employment contract
• Reduced travel (~30%) due to risk-based remote monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Site management and monitoring across France
• Work with sites on recruitment, protocol, and study training
• Create monitoring reports and action plans
• Mentor junior team members if appropriate

• At least 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience
• Experience with multiple protocols and drug indications
• In-depth GCP knowledge
• Be flexible to travel nationwide

• Be fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills
