Main role responsibilities:

• Expense Management, particularly on C&B/SalPlan management and coordination with the countries along with partnering to HR & Marketing, including
  • Monthly reports on Headcounts, thereof open/pending positions, placements and terminations
  • Coordinate with countries for C&B planning and inputs in Salplan, incl. payroll projections (mandatory increase and vacancy factor)
• Track Claims expenses and allocations
• Analytics support to Business Partners during forecast and budgeting cycles
• Capability to address issues as they’re encountered, ensuring effective and timely resolution
• Build relationship within the Finance community, liaising with country FP&A and controllers
• Ad hoc support on projects for cost optimisation (cost centre rationalization, TPA analysis, savings initiatives)
