Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Representative to expand AWANTYS' presence in the French market. This role is ideal for a motivated, independent sales professional with a strong network in the perfume and cosmetics industries. Working closely with our technical team, you will develop and implement sales strategies, engage with clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand AWANTYS' footprint in France and Southern Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, leveraging your established network within the perfume and beauty sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and effectively present AWANTYS' solutions to clients
- Manage sales activities to achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Collaborate closely with AWANTYS' technical team to coordinate requests for quotes (RFQs) and manage project requirements
- Represent AWANTYS at industry trade shows and events
- Track ongoing projects, manage timelines and ensure successful follow-ups
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales in the cosmetic and fragrance industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- An established network among perfume and beauty clients is essential for this role
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in technical manufacturing or the beauty industry is considered an asset
