Virtuos is seeking an experienced Senior Production professional in Île-de-France, Cergy, to manage large-scale game productions. The ideal candidate must have shipped at least 2 AAA titles in leadership roles and demonstrate strong project management skills.

Knowledge of production methodologies such as Agile and Scrum is essential, along with experience with tools like Jira and Excel. Fluent English is required to communicate effectively within teams.

Requirements

• Shipped at least 2 AAA titles in a Senior Production, Lead Production, or Executive Production role.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale game productions across multiple teams and locations.
• Strong understanding of AAA game development pipelines, workflows, and dependencies across Design, Art, Engineering, QA, and Production.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex production environments.
• Strong knowledge of production methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with production management tools such as Jira, Handsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of risk management, scope management, budgeting, and production forecasting.
• Previous co-development, outsourcing, or porting experience is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to make decisions in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to balance creative ambition, production realities, player expectations, and business constraints.
• Fluent English required.
