Alter Domus seeks an Associate Client Director for its Paris portfolio to lead senior client relationships in French private equity fund administration. You will oversee BAU delivery, drive strategic projects, and mentor a high-performing fund administration team.

The role requires 7–10+ years in fund administration, deep NAV and tax knowledge for French structures, and fluency in French and English. A strong leadership mindset and enterprise governance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of Fund Administration experience, with a focus on French Private Equity funds.
• Deep expertise in French fund accounting, NAV calculation, TA, and tax compliance for French structures (FPCI, FCPR, SLP).
• Proven experience with the eFront accounting platform; familiarity with other workflow tools is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior point of contact for a dedicated French Private Equity client portfolio.
• Lead BAU delivery of fund administration outputs, including NAV reports and client reporting.
• Drive delivery of client projects and new product/service implementations.
• Lead, coach and develop a multi-level fund administration team.
• Oversee governance and systems improvements to meet client needs and industry best practices.
• Manage relationships with auditors, law firms, custodians, and prime brokers.
