We’re looking for a visionary Pastry Chef to lead excellence at a legacy hospitality brand.

A brand rooted in refined taste and timeless elegance is seeking an exceptional Pastry Chef to take their patisserie and chocolate artistry to the next level.

This is a leadership role — for someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but sets them.

You’ll be relocating to Istanbul , joining a legacy brand that blends tradition with innovation — and your creative signature will be part of every plate served.

Who we’re looking for :

We’re in search of a charismatic and inspiring pastry leader who brings both deep expertise and a strong sense of authorship to their craft.

What you'll bring :

  • A degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts , or related fields
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in pastry, bakery, and chocolate
  • A proven track record in R&D , developing signature recipes and seasonal menus (min. 5 years)
  • Preferably from France or Italy, open to relocating as an expat
  • A natural team leader : you guide, teach, and uplift your kitchen
  • Passionate about trend research , product development , and continuous innovation
  • Skilled in recipe documentation and MS Office tools
  • Exceptionally organized , with strong communication and time management skills
  • A creative spirit with business acumen — someone who understands both flavor and impact
