The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) invites applications for the Executive Head of PARIS21, a Paris-based role reporting to the Director of the Statistics and Data Directorate. You will steer the PARIS21 Secretariat, secure funding, and drive strategic planning and data readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or PhD) in economics, statistics, development studies or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum ten years of experience in managing statistical activities with direct development capacity building experience.
• At least ten years in an international, regional or bilateral development agency.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction to enable PARIS21 objectives and ensure advocacy and evidence-based policy-making.
• Represent PARIS21 within OECD and at high-level international fora; build strategic partnerships with governments and donors.
• Lead resource mobilisation, plan and monitor the Programme of Work and Budget; oversee Secretariat staff and ensure effective internal communications.
