OECD's PARIS21 seeks an Executive Head to provide strategic leadership to the PARIS21 Secretariat and implement its Programme of Work under the oversight of the PARIS21 Board. The incumbent will report to the Director of the Statistics and Data Directorate and advance OECD's development agenda.

The role requires strong diplomatic skills and deep expertise in development policy, statistical capacity development, and securing funding. Based in Paris with frequent international travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in economics, statistics, development studies or a related field.
• 10+ years managing statistical activities in international contexts.
• Experience with donor relations and fundraising.
• Strong knowledge of development policies and NSDS frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic direction and implementation of the PARIS21 Programme of Work.
• Represent PARIS21 within the OECD and at international forums.
• Drive resource mobilisation and donor engagement for the secretariat.
• Build and lead a high-performing, diverse PARIS21 team.
