Celonis is seeking a senior leader to grow and lead our team of Enterprise Architects. You will act as an executive sponsor, presenting to customer C-level executives, translating strategic goals into actionable technical plans, and empowering a team that supports our growing sales organization to achieve revenue targets.

You will drive strategic modernization, coordinate with Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security, and mentor architects to deliver

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant experience, including leading Enterprise Architects or tech teams at top consulting firms or software vendors.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to C-level executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Architects shaping architecture, data, and cloud strategy for large client accounts.
• Engage with customers at pre- and post-sales stages, presenting strategic visions to C-level executives.
• Guide architecture design to enable enterprise modernization and leverage emergent technologies like Agentic AI.
• Bridge Celonis product/engineering teams with client teams to ensure premier technical services.
• Oversee IT landscape maturity assessments and coach account teams on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability.
• Develop reusable assets and thought leadership materials on architecture and innovation.
