Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for executive education and corporate training? Do you excel at building relationships with corporate clients, closing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth?

GBSB Global Business School is seeking an Executive Education Sales Manager to take charge of sales and business development for our executive education programs. This role will focus on expanding our corporate client base, increasing enrollments, and maximizing financial performance while also contributing to marketing strategies and program positioning to enhance our global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive enrollment growth and revenue.
  • Identify, engage, and convert corporate clients into long-term partners for open and custom executive programs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Proactively source leads through networking, outreach, and industry events.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies to exceed targets.

Corporate Partnerships & Client Acquisition

  • Build strong B2B relationships with HR and L&D leaders to understand their executive training needs.
  • Develop tailored sales proposals that align with client goals and drive program enrollments.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Expand our corporate network by attending industry events and fostering new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that engage corporate decision-makers.
  • Leverage digital tools, CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
  • Provide insights on market trends to refine marketing approaches and strengthen program positioning.
  • Work closely with faculty and program directors to ensure executive education offerings align with corporate demand.
  • Contribute to program positioning and value proposition development to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Gather and analyze participant feedback to inform continuous program improvement.

Financial Performance & Reporting

  • Own revenue targets and track key sales KPIs to drive continuous growth.
  • Analyze enrollment trends and market demand to refine sales strategies.
  • Report sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships (preferably in executive education, corporate training, or higher education).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing corporate deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
