Program Manager SAP S / 4 – SEPHORA / GROUPE LVMH

Profil

  • An experience in a consulting company or a company
  • At least 8-10 years in IT program management (projects, maintenance, support)
  • 4-5 years in a project management function with the supervision of a team, cross-functional coordination and IT service providers / partners
  • An experience in an international context on SAP, integration with SAP Finance (FI-CO), Logistics (MM-SD) modules and third-party systems
  • A project experience with S / 4 Hana
  • Functional knowledge of the Supply Chain, Finance and Merchandising domains
  • Fluent english level

Mission

  • The main mission of the Roll out project manager is to deliver the Roadmap of SAP Core Model Roll Out projects including integration with third-party systems in all regions and new countries:
  • Ensure overall IT governance of SAP deployment projects
  • Manage the SAP S / 4 Hana scoping study: detailed definition of the roadmap, the functional and technical scope of the Core Model, the migration and testing strategy, selection of IT partners.
  • Manage the Roll Out of the new Core Model S / 4 Hana in the world according to the established roadmap as well as the opening of new countries in an omnichannel and international environment (definition of projects, governance, deliverables, follow-up of action plans, etc.…)
  • Manage the different project phases (Project preparation, design, implementation, solution testing (IT and user), data recovery, Go Live and Go Live support)
  • Coordinate the various IT teams (internal and external) in an international context
  • Assist SEPHORA’s “Business” Departments in the project management of information system projects
  • Manage our IT partners involved in the implementation of projects

Salaire + Avantages

  • Salary according to profile and experience + 10% Bonus + 12% Incentive / Participation
