Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting partners with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, video calls, and business trips
  • Travel booking and expense management
  • Organizing client and team events (e.g., offsites, social days, gift campaigns)
  • Participating in internal projects and special tasks
Office Manager Duties:
  • Reception and support for guests, partners, and clients
  • Conference room organization, catering, and technical setup
  • Preparing documents for meetings and presentations
  • Handling mail, parcels, invoices, and receipts
  • Office housekeeping and website administration
  • Managing external service providers (French/English)
  • Ordering supplies and managing office purchases
  • Coordinating team celebrations and events
Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
  • Independent, structured, proactive work style
