Position Overview:
- Manage the Creative Director’s Calendar & Priorities:
- Coordinate complex schedules and ensure the Creative Director stays on track with meetings, deadlines, and creative review sessions.
- Anticipate needs and proactively adjust schedules to prevent bottlenecks, making sure the Creative Director remains focused on high-impact work.
- Triage incoming requests according to business needs and CD availability.
- Prioritize daily tasks and appointments, making sure key decisions aren’t delayed.
- Project & Task Coordination:
- Act as the liaison between the Creative Director and internal teams – at global HQ and in Paris – to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met, including campaign and creative reviews, and product/design reviews.
- Track progress of ongoing creative projects and report back to the Creative Director, keeping everyone accountable for deliverables.
- Help organize and maintain project timelines, budgets, and creative briefs, keeping a pulse on the status of critical projects.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and help drive accountability.
- Logistics and Travel Coordination:
- Plan and organize travel and accommodations for the Creative Director’s business trips, including logistics related to fashion shows, meetings, and global events.
- Manage itineraries and ensure that travel is aligned with business objectives, creating detailed schedules that allow the Creative Director to maximize their time.
- Communication Management:
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and communications, ensuring prompt follow-up and escalation of urgent matters.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, particularly as it relates to sensitive product information or internal discussions.
- Time Management & Accountability:
- Help the Creative Director stay on task and meet deadlines by appropriately reminding them of upcoming priorities, meeting prep, and internal team expectations.
- Track action items, follow up on outstanding tasks, and hold the Creative Director accountable for completing deliverables on time.
About You:
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment (apparel, fashion, or creative industries are a plus).
- Strong understanding of the creative process and how to keep creative professionals on task while respecting their need for inspiration and flexibility.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and execute under tight deadlines.
- Highly adaptable and able to anticipate and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
