Description du poste

Job Responsibilities
  1. Organizes and coordinates all aspects of local, regional, or international meetings, both internally and externally.
  2. Schedules and organizes meetings, including arranging meeting rooms.
  3. Organizes special events such as hotel and restaurant reservations, invitations, transportation, dinners, gifts, and AV arrangements.
  4. Coordinates international visitors and retailer visits, including travel and accommodation arrangements, welcome gifts, letters, and itineraries.
  5. Manages travel planning and monitors plans against budgets.
  6. Develops presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills.
  7. Performs traditional administrative tasks including travel arrangements, filing, communication distribution, and correspondence management.
  8. Conducts research and identifies relevant articles or items from newspapers, magazines, journals, or online sources.
  9. Initiates, executes, and concludes special projects as defined by the manager.
  10. Maintains administrative records and attendance logs.
  11. Prepares and reviews invoices for approval.
  12. Office Management: Acts as a point of contact for the Affiliate’s General Services team, ensures the proper functioning of office equipment and supplies, processes purchase orders, and manages onboarding for new employees.
  13. Orders supplies and refreshments for meetings and new employees.
  14. Manages the company’s iPhone fleet for specific employees.
  15. Acts as a subject matter expert for team inquiries.
