About The Job

Corporate Affairs team

Provide high-level executive support to the Head of Corporate Affairs & Sanofi France President and her leadership team, facilitating effective communication and coordination within the leadership team and with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to advancing Sanofi's strategic objectives by proactively managing complex priorities, ensuring efficient information management, and supporting key initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and impact in corporate affairs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Schedule management: organize and manage complex schedules and travel plans for the Head of Corporate Affairs & Sanofi France President
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and prepare documents for all meetings. Coordinate & plan meetings for the leadership team
  • Communication: Coordinate transversal information within Corporate Affairs departments and with the other Executive Committee assistants. Serve as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Events: Organization of events within the scope of Corporate Affairs (40 to 300 people)
  • Information management: Handle confidential & sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Administrative support: Manage correspondence, prepare reports and presentations and handle other high-level administrative tasks like budget follow-up and contract/purchase orders

About You

Experience and specific knowledge:

  • Experienced Executive Assistant
  • Analytical Skills
  • Good problem solver and well organized.
  • Proactive and ability to multi-task, combining prioritization and following actions skills

Skills & Languages

  • Demonstrated strong client-orientation when working with and for internal customers
  • Fluent in English
  • Autonomous, solution-driven
  • Open mindset, good team spirit, respect of confidentiality
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and internal Tools
