Executive assistance: You will be supporting with travel arrangements, calendar management, and appointment scheduling. Alongside your supervisor, you will provide general support to Managing Directors in Paris.
Operations support: You will be tasked, always under managerial guidance, with admin support for day-to-day operations of business.
Office management: You will take part in local event organization, working closely with our event team.
