A leading property insurer is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Operations Manager in Paris. This full-time, office-based role requires at least 5 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English and French. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and tact.
  • Fluency in English and French, both oral and written.

Responsabilités

  • Manage calendar, organize meetings and events, prepare presentations, agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoices, budgets, travel arrangements, purchasing supplies, and maintaining files and records.
  • Gather, summarize information, and prepare complex reports to support decision-making.
  • Support interactions and correspondence with internal and external contacts on behalf of the Operations Manager.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Paris Operations Team as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the Paris Operations Manager, Loïc Le Dréau. This is a full-time, office-based position.

The successful candidate will work independently, exercising judgment and initiative to handle executive administrative functions for the Operations Manager, including managing sensitive and confidential matters.

  • Manage calendar, organize meetings and events, prepare presentations, agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoices, budgets, travel arrangements, purchasing supplies, and maintaining files and records.
  • Gather, summarize information, and prepare complex reports to support decision-making.
