DSV is seeking an experienced EVP, Global Enterprise Vertical Head for Aerospace & Defence to shape and execute the global vertical strategy. You will position DSV as a trusted supply chain partner to leading aerospace manufacturers, aviation organizations, defence contractors, and related industries worldwide.

This executive role offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of DSV’s strategic vertical, drive sustainable growth, and lead high‑performing teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Defining and leading DSV's global Aerospace & Defence strategy in alignment with long-term commercial ambitions
• Driving global revenue growth through strategic account development and new opportunities
• Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across aerospace, aviation, defence, and related industries
• Translating market trends and customer priorities into scalable logistics and supply chain solutions
• Strengthening DSV's position as a preferred strategic logistics partner within the Aerospace & Defence ecosystem
• Leading commercial excellence initiatives across enterprise accounts, pipeline development, and strategic growth
• Collaborating with regional leadership to ensure consistent execution of the vertical strategy
• Representing DSV in executive customer engagements, partnerships, and industry forums
• Driving operational alignment while ensuring quality, security, compliance, and resilience
• Developing high-performing teams across regions and functions

As EVP, Global Enterprise Vertical Head, Aerospace & Defence, you will define and execute the global strategy for the vertical while driving commercial excellence, customer engagement, and sustainable business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and leading DSV's global Aerospace & Defence strategy in alignment with our long-term commercial ambitions
• Driving global revenue growth through strategic account development, customer retention, and new business opportunities
• Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across aerospace, aviation, defence, and related industries
• Translating market trends, customer priorities, and industry developments into scalable logistics and supply chain solutions
• Strengthening DSV's position as a preferred strategic logistics partner within the Aerospace & Defence ecosystem
• Leading commercial excellence initiatives across enterprise accounts, pipeline development, and strategic growth opportunities
• Collaborating with regional leadership teams, divisions, and global functions to ensure consistent execution of the vertical strategy
• Representing DSV in executive customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and industry forums
• Driving operational alignment while ensuring the highest standards of quality, security, compliance, and resilience
• Developing high-performing teams and fostering collaboration across regions, divisions, and functions

What we're looking for

You are a commercially driven executive with deep knowledge of the Aerospace & Defence industry and a proven track record of building strategic customer partnerships and delivering growth within complex global environments.

Additionally, you bring:

• Extensive senior leadership experience within global logistics, Aerospace & Defence, aviation, supply chain, or similarly complex sectors
• Strong understanding of Aerospace & Defence supply chains, including OEMs, Tier suppliers, defence contractors, airlines, and MRO providers
• Experience leading large-scale commercial, operational, P&L, supply chain, or business functions
• Proven ability to develop and execute global growth strategies and customer-centric solutions
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, quality, security, trade compliance, and risk requirements relevant to the sector
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with C-suite leaders and strategic customers
• Experience operating successfully within complex global matrix organisations
• A strategic mindset combined with strong commercial judgement and execution capability
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

The role can be based anywhere in France, Germany, Denmark or the United States.
