Job Description
- We are looking for a talented Events Manager to lead our rapidly growing pipeline of events for our private clients, intermediaries and institutional segments
- Develop and maintain our events calendar and manage the annual budget
- Lead creative ideation for events, creating insightful and memorable events that are distinctive and reflect our organisational values
- Project manage our events from event planning, to execution to post-event management
- Registration support and reporting
- Event supplies and shipping
- Production of event materials
- Staffing and support
- Measure ROI of events and report on success and next steps
- Manage relationships with event organisation, business partners and certain sponsorships
- Work closely with marketing team for audio visual production, content development and advertising
- Coordinate stakeholders to deliver and communicate extraordinary event experiences
Qualifications
- At least five years prior experience in event management
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experiential marketing and creative skills
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and think independently
- Proactive, self-sufficient and resourceful
- Familiar with successfully marketing events on social media
