Description du poste

As a Events & Lead Generation Marketing Executive, you will take the lead in planning and executing impactful events and managing EthiFinances' marketing campaigns using Salesforce.

You will play a key role in elevating our brand, engaging stakeholders, and supporting our mission to drive sustainability and financial excellence.

Responsibilities :

  1. Events & Campaigns Marketing Management
  2. Design and execute both in-person and virtual events aligned with EthiFinances' values and strategic objectives.
  3. Handle all event logistics from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring exceptional quality and attendee experience.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align event content and messaging with EthiFinances' goals.
  5. Innovate with new event formats and technologies to enhance engagement and impact.
  6. Work closely with the design and digital teams to create engaging promotional materials and visuals.
  7. Manage campaign setup within Salesforce, including scoring, ranking, and reporting.
  8. Coordinate with the sales team to plan and execute outreach campaigns via Salesforce.

Community Management

  1. Supervise the work of the Community Manager and contribute to the LinkedIn strategy and editorial plan.
  2. Build and nurture EthiFinances' online presence on LinkedIn by creating tactics with the Product Marketing and Community Management teams to grow our professional community.
  3. Monitor community metrics, market trends, and feedback to inform future initiatives and stay updated on best practices.
  4. Develop and manage the editorial calendar in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  5. Ensure consistency and quality in published content across internal teams.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  1. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for events and community engagement.
  2. Analyze data to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Prepare regular reports and insights for stakeholders.
