We are at a pivotal moment of scaling and are looking for foundational team members to help build our future.

We seek a creative, pragmatic, autonomous, and solution-oriented senior event project manager who loves to drive projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth event execution, designing complex experiences such as international retreats, and supporting team members in managing top-tier customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end event project management to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Design complex events from scratch, source and coordinate partners, manage planning, and serve as the main contact for customers.
• Streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain key relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating, sourcing, and managing B2B events of various sizes.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments with a proactive approach.
• Passion for innovation in the event industry and contributing to building a new category leader.
• Ideally bilingual in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Enjoys seeing work come to life and working in a hybrid/remote setup with autonomy.
