Applicants should be pursuing a degree in event management or communications and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. A familiarity with event software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in event management, communications or business school from Bac +3 level or equivalent.
• One or more significant experiences in event management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Available from mid-August 2026.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage production and communication timelines.
• Monitor budgets, prepare and analyze them.
• Build and plan production teams, negotiate with service providers.
• Manage audience tools and contribute to promotion messages.
• Prepare operational briefing materials for delivery.
• Be present on event days for coordination.
• Produce post-event reports and analyze KPIs.
